Design brand Bang on the Door has hired four new licensing agents in Spain and Portugal, Benelux, Scandinavia and Korea.
Each agent will be responsible for developing a licensing strategy for their territory with a localised approach and identifying relevant licensing partnerships.
Sophia Noguera from Mendia Licensing, who has had success with the likes of Bad Alice, Animal Soup and Felix the Cat, has been appointed to develop the licensing programme for Bang on the Door across both Spain and Portugal.
License Connection will look after the brand in the Benelux territory. The company already represents Transformers the Movie, My Little Pony, Noddy and Harry and His Bucket Full of Dinosaurs.
Mega Merchandising will roll out the licensing programme in Scandinavia, while Dick Bruna Korea will handle BOTD in Korea.
"The appointment of new licensing agents is part of our ongoing strategy to expand the business and the Bang on the Door brand, as well as develop a strong reputation worldwide," said Geraint Lloyd Evans, commercial manager at BOTD. "We have appointed the best licensing agents for the brand who will bring fresh ideas and enthusiasm along with a localised approach."
