Mr Men and Little Miss are set to headline Lollibop 2013's Village Fete in August.

The popular children's characters Mr Tickle, Little Miss Sunshine, Mr Strong, Mr Bump and more will provide entertainment at the three-day event with a host of summer fete activities, including maypole dancing and cupcake decorating.

Mr Men and Little Miss-themed reading hubs, bunting making stalls and a tombola will also feature, while fete stalls selling cross-category branded merchandise will be prominent on the village green,

The event - taking place in London's Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park from August 16th to 18th - will also feature a special visit from the Mr Men and Little Miss author, Adam Hargreaves.

The brand's presence at the children's festival was secured by licensing agency Fluid World.

Libby Grant, director of Fluid World, said: "Fluid World is really excited to see a brand so full of fun come to life at this year's Lollibop festival, taking the Mr Men and Little Miss bran to a more interactive level which will appeal to parents and children alike."
