MTV Networks International and streetwear label 55DSL have launched their first ever creative collaboration, which will include five new MTV on-air idents and six bespoke t-shirt designs.
Launching across MTV's network of 63 channels from November 8th, the idents follow the theme of exploring the senses.
The accompanying t-shirts will launch in 55DSL stores for a limited period from December. They will cover the five senses - touch, sight, hearing, smell and taste - plus 55DSL's 5.5th sense of intuition.
"This is a unique design collaboration between two youth oriented creative powerhouses, which leverages the strengths of both global brands and further deepens our connection to our audiences," said Roberto Bagatti, VP, creative, MTVNI. "Our commitment to seeking out great new creative talent is as strong as ever."
