NCP adds new licensing director in Germany

Nickelodeon Consumer Products has welcomed Bettina Arff as its new licensing director covering Germany, Switzerland and Austria.

Arff (pictured) will be responsible for developing and maximising category expansion and property management for Viacom International Media Network's portfolio. She will also work closely with NCP's retail department.

Arff - who joins NCP from Endemol, where she was senior manager business development for Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Eastern Europe - is based in Berlin and reports to Andreas Niedergesäss, VP, Nickelodeon Consumer Products North.

"Bettina brings to NCP a wealth of experience and an unbeatable depth of knowledge on licensed consumer products in the GAS markets," said Niedergesäss. "She was responsible for establishing and developing the merchandise and licensing business for major brands, such as Big Brother, across the territories."
