Nelvana Enterprises and The Bridge Direct are teaming up for the launch of Pinkie Cooper and the Jet Set Pets.
The partnership will deliver a range of toys, as well as exclusive digital content.
Due to launch in the US in August, the toy range will include a unique line of dolls and accessories, with a canine twist.
Nelvana will develop and create all Pinkie Cooper digital content including webisodes, a website, apps and social media marketing.
The firm will also oversee the consumer product merchandising and marketing for the brand going forward.
The three-minute webisodes will roll out this July and will be accessed via the Pinkie Cooper website and a dedicated YouTube channel.
Andrew Kerr, Nelvana's head of consumer products, Americas and Australasia, said: "We're thrilled to be partnering on Pinkie Cooper with The Bridge Direct, one of North America's hottest new toycos.
"We love how original and innovative Pinkie Cooper is, and we're excited to bring all of Nelvana's content production and consumer product expertise to bear to get the brand launched in 2013, and ensure its long term global success."
Jay Foreman, president and CEO, The Bridge Direct, said: "We are delighted to have Nelvana as our partner on the Pinkie Cooper brand.
"Their track record for creating children's entertainment content is second to none. They clearly recognise the power of toy brands to connect with kids and that a unique programme like Pinkie Cooper has incredible breakout potential."
