Nelvana strengthens team with three key appointments

Peter Crighton joins as director of marketing, Kelly Elwood ad director of retail and Tonya Lindo as director of licensing in North America.

Corus Entertainment’s Nelvana has bolstered it senior management team with a raft of key new appointments.

Reporting directly to Nelvana Enterprises head Pam Westman is Peter Crighton, (pictured left) director of marketing, Kelly Elwood (pictured middle), director of retail and Tonya Lindo (pictured right), director of licensing in North America.

“The addition of these seasoned professionals to the Nelvana team enables us to grow in new and dynamic ways and enhance our relationships with existing and new partners,” said Westman.

“I’m so pleased to be working with Pete, Kelly and Tonya, each top-notch professionals who will help even more consumers across the US and Canada enjoy our family-friendly brands.”

As director or marketing, Crighton will manage consumer and trade marketing for the firm, meanwhile Elwood will take the lead on retail executions.

Lastly, in her new role Lindo will be responsible for all of Nelvan’s licensing activities across the US and Canada.
