Nelvana strikes Max & Ruby deal with Chick-fil-A

Property to be featured in a kid's meal premium promotion across US restaurants.

Nelvana Enterprises has signed an agreement with Chick-fil-A restaurants in the US, to feature its Max & Ruby property in a special kid's meal premium promotion.

The premium - one of five Max & Ruby storybooks - will be included in meals for children aged three and under during the third quarter of this year.

Over three million Max & Ruby books from Rosemary Wells have been sold to date, with Nelvana recently announcing the production of 26 new TV episodes in association with Chorion.

Max & Ruby DVDs have sold millions of copies and Koba Entertainment is touring a Max & Ruby stage show in the US this year.
