With AT New Media due to showcase the property at Brand Licensing Europe in October, the arrival of new digital content for the Worms franchise is sure to be a boost.
AT is looking to add to the merchandise programme for the classic video games brand, with a number of announcements due to be made soon regarding new deals and products.
New game, Worms Crazy Golf, will be available later this year via PlayStation Network, Apple's App Store for iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad, plus via Steam for PC. Meanwhile, Worms Ultimate Mayhem will also roll out later this year and will can be accessed via Xbox Live, PlayStation Network and Steam.
Developer Team 17 has also just released two new expansion packs for Worms 2: Armageddon. The Puzzle Pack and the Fort Pack offer fans a number of new challenges and can be downloaded for PlayStation 3 from the PlayStation Store.
