New faces join DCD's talent division

Russell Grant, Commando Dad and The Duchess of Northumberland are among the new arrivals.

With Brand Licensing Europe around the corner DCD Publishing has expanded its recently created ‘Talent Division’.

DCD has been appointed as global agent for creator of Alnwick Castle’s Poison Garden, The Duchess of Northumberland, visual artist Alison Jackson, journalist Kate Spicer, Japanese chef Yuki Gomi, parenting coach Commando Dad, Strictly Come Dancing’s Vincent and Flavia, boxing legend Glen McCrory and entertainer Russell Grant.

The first round of deals includes; Zalza – Russell Grant and Flavia Cacace’s dance fitness concept; Yuki Gomi’s Penguin publishing deal for Sushi at Home; DCD is also in discussions with publishers for an Alison Jackson book based on her Sunday Times magazine photography.

Adrian Sington, director of DCD Publishing, said: “We are thrilled to have such exciting talent on board – both established and up-and-coming personalities, whom we believe fill a gap in each of their respective markets. Our expertise and extensive contacts in publishing, TV and radio, retailer and social media will be put to the best use in building a complete brand identity across all profitable avenues for everyone we represent. We will also be making further announcements at BLE on imminent talent signings.”
