Zodiak Kids has announced several new publishing partners for the Tickety Toc animated kids' TV series.
Igloo Books will launch board books, paperbacks, pop-up books, colouring books and sticker & activity books in autumn/winter 2013. Century Books will release annuals at the same time.
Immediate Media and Redan have also joined the Tickety Toc publishing line-up, and will include the property in their magazines. These include Immediate's Sunshine and I Love from early 2013, and Redan's Fun To Learn Friends and Fun To Learn Favourites from this month.
The news comes after Tickety Toc launched on Milkshake last week.
Alastair McHarrie, VP of Sales, Consumer Products, Zodiak Kids London, commented: “We’re delighted to have appointed Igloo as the master publisher for Tickety Toc – they are a fast growing and dynamic company who share our vision for making Tickety Toc a great success in the children’s publishing world.”
John Styring, Managing Director, Igloo Books ltd, said: “Tickety Toc is a fabulous production which appeals equally well to both young boys and girls. As one of the leading UK children’s publishers we very much look forward to bringing a wide range of innovative and exciting books to retail.
"We are very impressed with the dynamacy and passion shown by the team at Zodiak Kids and we look forward to a great partnership."
Tickety Toc launched in the UK on Nick Jr in April.
Zodiak Kids controls all worldwide rights for Tickety Toc except in Korea and Japan. The show is originated and directed by FunnyFlux Entertainment founder and president Gil Hoon Jung.
