Kicking off today's programme at 9am to 10.30am is Branding with Character, moderated by Tom Wilson, president, Ziggy & Friends. At the same time Todd Wasserman, editor of Brandweek, is charing Nothing New Under the Sun.

Between 10.45am and 12.15pm is The Art of Licensing, moderated by Rebecca Stroder of Sonnenschein, Nath & Rosenthal; Food for Thought: Opportunities in Food Licensing moderated by Cara Bernosky, president & co-founder of IMC Licensing; and Legal 201: Pitfalls & Protections, moderated by James Kipling of Greenebaum Doll & MacDonald.

Moving into the afternoon sessions, beginning at 12.30pm and running until 2pm is: Getting Your Brand Ready for Licensing, moderated by Elizabeth O’Neill, senior vice president Marketing and Business Development, The Beanstalk Group; Art Licensing and Brand Building, chaired by Jeanette Smith, owner of J’net Smith Marketing; and Working with International Licensing Agents, moderated by Kelvyn Gardner, LIMA's MD.

Between 2.15pm and 3.45pm is: Licensing into and out of the Toy Industry, with attorney, Andrew Levison; Auditing and Policing Royalty Agreements, moderated by Charles Schnaid, partner in charge, Licensing & Royalty Services, Miller, Kaplan, Arase & Company; and Brand Management for Licensees with Blair McCaw, president of Constellation Management Group.
