Nickelodeon readies first hotel property in Dominican Republic

Karisma Hotels & Resorts and Viacom International Media Networks have opened Nickelodeon’s first hotel property, Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts Punta Cana.

The five-star property boasts Karisma’s Gourmet Inclusive Experience, and welcomed guests over the weekend for an exclusive preview event in the Dominican Republic.

To mark the opening, celebrations including various activities and surprises throughout the weekend took place.

“With the opening of Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts Punta Cana, it’s now a reality for Nickelodeon fans and luxe resort lovers alike to enjoy a dream beach vacation complete with non-stop entertainment, five-star culinary experiences, and quality time with their favourite characters, friends and family,” said Gerald Raines, senior VP of global recreation for Viacom International Media Networks.

Opening specials for the hotel begin at $345 per adult, per night, while up to two kids under 13-years-old can stay, eat and play free with a minimum four nights’ stay when staying in a room with two adults.
