Nickelodeon has made two key promotions within its consumer products team.

Ashley Holman (pictured left) has been promoted to the role of director of hard lines and business ops, while Ursula Morgan (pictured right) becomes senior retail sales manager, effective immediately.

Reporting directly to Marianne James, VP consumer products UK & Ireland and European retail sales and marketing, both Holman and Morgan will continue to play a pivotal role in the Nick UK consumer products team.

James commented: "Both Ursula and Ashley were key in the launch of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles at retail, and were part of the team that recently led Nickelodeon to win the Argos Toy Licensor of the Year Award and prestigious Licensing Award for Turtles School/Tween Property of the Year, as well as gaining the status of number one new toy property in the UK."

Holman joined Nickelodeon in 2007 with highlights at the firm including the development of the John Hornby Skewes' Spongebob Squarepants musical instrument range in 2009, the launch of the Richard James capsule collection of high-end men's apparel and accessories in 2011 and, most recently, growing the Spongebob toy category exponentially over the last 18 months.

Meanwhile, Morgan joined in 2011 and has been instrumental in leading the charge at Argos. Most recently, she championed the Everyone's a Winner campaign, which has enabled the firm to forge relationships across the wider business outside of the trading teams.
