Now Classic Media reveals international plans for Where's Wally

Deals spanning Australia, Japan and Western Europe unveiled.

With the UK programme off to a flyer, Classic Media has announced a number of new international deals for Where's Wally?

In Australia and New Zealand - where the brand is handled by Stella Projects - recent deals have been struck with John Sands, Smiffy's, Kinnerton, Designworks, Thos Holdsworth & Son, The Five Mile Press, Modern Brands, Simson Cards and Image Gallery.

A key focus in the territory has been on promotions, where payment service BPay features Wally as the star of its latest print, online and outdoor media campaign.

In Japan, agent Buildou has helped build a campaign featuring 500 skus and 23 licensees. These include Sega, Delfino, Skater, Kokka, Broccoli and Small Planet to name just a few.

Marathon Media handles the brand in France, with partners including Alcara, Alpa, Grund and Ravensburger. High profile events in the territory include a Where's Wally inspired exhibition from photographers Max&Charlotte.

Finally, in Western Europe, CPLG has signed up new deals with Euro Prosem, Pull and Bear and DuMont.

"From Sydney to Tokyo to Paris to Copenhagen, Where's Wally? fans all over the globe will be joining the search," commented Nicole Blake, EVP, global marketing and consumer products.
