The confectionery division of Topps - Bazooka Candy Brands - is teaming up with Mind Candy to launch a range of Moshi Monsters sweets.
The assorted fruit foam and jelly sweets in the shape of 12 Moshling characters will launch on January 1st 2012, with the 45g sku at the trial price of 50 pence.
In addition to the sweets, each pack will include a joke and a mini game. A larger sharing bag format is also due for release in February, which will feature a wider variety of Moshlings.
The confectionery will be available in flavours including strawberry, cola, orange, blackcurrant, lemon and bubble gum.
"Moshi Monsters is one of the most well known and loved children's brands of recent times, so securing it for our first ever range of soft confectionery was a very exciting moment for us," said Sarah Sibley, marketing director at Bazooka Candy Brands. "Our advice to retailers would be to stock up soon - these sweets will be a big hit."
