Now Zodiak Active emerges

New division of media group to be dedicated to digital and branded content.

Zodiak Media Group has opened the doors of its new division, Zodiak Active, which will be dedicated to digital and branded content across all platforms.

The new division will aim to partner with brands, media owners, mobile carriers and broadcasters to deliver content and multimedia services based on original concepts, as well as draw upon existing properties in Zodiak's portfolio.

It has been formed by the integration of two companies from within the Zodiak Media Group - Neo Network and RDF Contact.

"Digital and media convergence continues to accelerate, so it follows that content producers, brands and media owners need to evolve the way we engage with audiences and build commercial value," said Marco Ferrari, CEO of Zodiak Active.
