Pre-school hit Olly the Little White Van is to star at Picture House Cinemas in January and February, with two new half hour specials premiering.

Following a successful pilot run in autumn 2013, the new screenings will take place on January 6th and February 24th.

The half hour programmes have been created to fit the Picture House Cinema Group's format of delivering short features for young children - ideal for first time visits to the big screen.

The group has numerous venues across many major cities in the UK.

"We can't wait to see Olly and his friends in cinemas again," said Ideas at Work's Henry Becket, creator of Olly the Little White Van. "The programmes are normally seen in five minute bursts, but these 30-minute episodes have been edited to capture little one's imaginations for a longer period.

"What's more, as Olly also appeals to parents we know that these will be enjoyable family outings for them, too."
