Parragon has been honoured by Mattel at its annual Licensing Awards Summit, picking up the Overall Publishing Product of the Year 2014.
Held at Huxley Theatre, London Zoo, the awards recognise the expertise, dedication and achievement of Mattel's European licensing partners across all consumer products categories over the last 12 months.
The Parragon team was praised for producing a dynamic variety of high quality books and gifts last year that exceeded expectation, and successfully conveying the key brand values of Mattel's children's franchises.
One such product that was credited was Parragon's Monster High Make a Skullette Book and Craft set (pictured).
"We are immensely proud to receive this industry recognition from Mattel for our 2014 publishing product portfolio," said Nicola Deschamps, head of licensed publishing at Parragon. "It is such an honour to work with Mattel on creating compelling publishing products to excite and delight fans of their popular brands.
"We are looking forward to maximising this opportunity and bringing even more innovation to our publishing products in 2015 and 2016."
New product lines for 2015 will include a Monster High Ghouls Just Wanna Have Fun Happy Tin, Monster High Big Book of Fun Activity Book and the Ever After High Draw, Dream, Create Sketchbook among others.
