With production continuing on the second series, Moonscoop has signed up a collection of new licensees in France for Hero 108.

New partners include a pan-European deal for costumes with Cesar and for apparel in France with Blues Fillobranca. In addition, Maroquinerie Luc d'Arvillers is on board for back to school bags; D'Arpege has skates and inline rollers; while costume characters are being handled by Evasion Communication.

The new partners join existing companies such as Playmates (worldwide master toy), Atlantyca (worldwide publishing) and Mad Engine (t-shirts) in the programme.

"Following a strong launch last year across both TV and gaming, consumer products activity on Hero 108 is gaining even more momentum in 2011 and will be boosted by the launch of the second season," said Brigitte Legendre-Benloulou, director of consumer products at Moonscoop.

I can honestly say I've been pretty much obsessed with Heroes since the very first episode aired on BBC2.
