There have been key changes at the top of Lucas Licensing - with Paul Southern taking over from Howard Roffman to head up the firm.
Roffman - who has been with Lucasfilm for 32 years and run the licensing division for the last 25 years - becomes senior advisor.
Both Roffman and Southern (pictured) will report to Micheline Chau, Lucasfilm president and COO.
"25 years is a long time to stay in one job, even one as exciting as the job I've had," said Roffman. "I am thrilled that Paul Southern will succeed me in this role. Paul and I have worked together for more than 15 years and I cannot think of anyone better qualified to take the business forward.
"He is an enormously talented executive and I have every confidence in him."
Southern has been with the firm since 2001, holding positions in both the domestic and international sides of Licasfilm's licensing business.
In his new role, he will oversee all areas of licensing and consumer products marketing, serve on Lucasfilm's Brand Council and work closely with stakeholders across all business units.
