Entertainment One Family has announced a deal with heath supplement firm DTP Europe to produce a range of Peppa Pig branded Multivitamins.

The line up of four different Peppa Pig Multivitamins in arrive in the UK in January 2013 and target grocers and chemists throughout the country.

The box of vitamins will include five bags of fruit flavoured gummies shaped to look like characters from the hit TV show, with Peppa Pig and George Pig both set to appear.

This deal makes eOne’s Peppa Pig the first licensed brand to appear on DTP’s Kids FITVITS vitamins.

“I believe the association with Peppa Pig will enhance our Kids FITVITS range of children’s vitamins by helping the product stand out on shelf with its unique eye-catching packaging and increasing its appeal to both consumers and retailers alike.” Says John Rowley, CEO at DTP Europe.

“The deal with DTP underlines our commitment to expanding the FMCG category of the Peppa Pig UK licensing programme.” Adds Hannah Mungo, eOne’s Head of UK Licensing.

“We’re delighted to welcome DTP to our roster of partners and look forward to seeing the product launch in January.”
