Pip Ahoy and Daisy & Ollie look to international broadcast with Jetpack

The global kids’ content distributor Jetpack Distribution has acquired the international rights to two pre-school shows from CHF Media with Pip Ahoy and Daisy & Ollie now on its books.

In the run up and throughout MIPJUNIOR and MIPCOM in Cannes next month, Jetpack will be looking to secure further homes for the popular properties that have already proved their worth with kids and parents in the UK.

Daisy & Ollie launched in the UK in November 2017 and quickly became Cartoonito’s most watched programme at launch and remains one of the channel’s most popular shows today. It encourages children to be curious and question the world.

It also stars the British comedian Jason Manford as the voice of Daisy’s dad and Whizzy the Robot, while also producer and writing many of the scripts.

Meanwhile, Pip Ahoy launched in the UK in 2014 and is now part of the exclusive line up of iTVBe’s new children’s pre-school block, LittleBe. The channel has acquired all three seasons and will broadcast twice a day.

Pip Ahoy also extends its reach off-screen in the UK with the recent renewal of both its master toy and apparel licenses, and, in association with licensee PJSL, this summer has seen Pip ‘meet and greets’ in several popular family entertainment parks across the UK.
