Pip Ahoy extends clothing range with Branded Clothing International

The company is now planning a big roll out of fresh Pip Ahoy merchandise in 2019 and will launch the Pip Ahoy apparel range with BCI at retail from summer 2019 onwards.

CHF Pip! has detailed its plans to extend the apparel license with Branded Clothing International for the popular property Pip Ahoy.

The deal extension will see the launch of a new range of nightwear, swimwear and underwear aimed at pre-schoolers across the UK.

The announcement arrives following the renewal of the toy partnership with John Adams Leisure in October this year and with a third series of the show currently airing each weekday on ITVBe’s LittleBe.

Specialising in design, production and distribution of licensed branded and character clothing, BCI is a long-established supplier of clothing to the UK high street and is hoping to open up new distribution channels for the new Pip Ahoy apparel range.

Jean Hawkins, director at CHF Pip, said: “We are thrilled that BCI has chosen to extend its license for Pip Ahoy. With the ITVBe broadcast acquisition and the renewal of the John Adams master, apparel is key in the development of this licensing programme.

“BCI has some very exciting retail extension plans and we are very much looking forward to having new products in-store in 2019.”
