After a successful debut at Brand Licensing Europe in London and the Asia Licensing show in Tokyo, the Planetpals range of Earth Friends is heading to New York in June for Licensing International.
Planetpals aim to encourage kids to be healthy 'inside and out' with themes including a clean and happy Earth, as well as the value of a healthy body.
Each character has a specialty and comes with its own educational rhyme and song. There are nine existing characters, with Planetpals planning to debut more at the show.
"Planetpals is the only character set of its kind with such a large following reaching the pre-school and elementary school market," said creator Judith Gorgone. "Planetpals has been instrumental in inspiring a generation of responsible adults and looks forward to doing the same in the future.
"With 49 million kids under the age of 11 in the US alone, Planetpals can make a big difference for tomorrow's world."
A merchandise programme including publishing, media, toys, novelties and school products is in place. Licensees include CEACO, Gamewright, Dante Confections and Digital Sound Productions.
Planetpals will be on stand number 1024 at the show.
