Pedigree Books has revealed its latest titles based on music brand Smash Hits to launch this year.
Following the success of its Smash Hits Presents One Direction Special sticker and poster activity annual, Pedigree will publish two Special Smash Hits Christmas Annuals, one focusing on the widely adored boy band and the other on Olly Murs.
Founded in 1978, the Smash Hits magazine engaged generations of music fans with pop news, reviews and gossip.
The brand has more recently moved into the digital era with Smash Hits TV, digital radio channels and a dedicated website.
Matthew Reynolds, publishing and sales director at Pedigree, said: "We are very excited to be continuing our partnership with Smash Hits.
"The property has a large and growing following, and we have already enjoyed considerable success with Special Smash Hits Annuals dedicated to acts such as One Direction, Justin Bieber and JLS.
"Smash Hits are music experts and therefore provide exciting, in depth content for our Special Annuals that delight our readers."
