More than 100 licensees, retailers, trade press and RFU commercial partners attended the evening to learn more about the RFU and licensing agency CPLG Sport's plans in the run-up to the Rugby World Cup 2015, hosted by England.
A drinks reception in the England team changing room and tunnel area was followed by a presentation in the Members Bar by Paul Vaughan, CEO of England Rugby 2015, Sophie Goldschmidt, RFU chief commercial officer and CPLG president and group MD, Chris Protheroe.
After this, there was a Q&A session with England squad member and 2003 Rugby World Cup winner, Steve Thompson.
