Rose Marketing scores award success for Vimto line

Confectionery specialist picks up accolade for Eezy Freezy Vimto Pyramids.

Rose Marketing - the UK sales and marketing operation of Irish firm Rose Confectionery - has picked up an accolade at the Seriously Mixed Up awards for its licensed Vimto range.

The company was voted top for its Eezy Freezy Vimto Pyramids. The award was for the highest ranking Vimto licensed product, as voted for by consumers.

The company was judged to have excelled in the delivery of 'excellent packaging, great Vimto taste, strong Vimto colour, wide age appeal and cheeky name'.

"We are overjoyed to receive this award," said Steven Watt, MD of Rose Marketing UK. "Our Eezy Freezy Vimto Pyramids have made a massive impact in the trade and it's satisfying to know that they are a hit with consumers, too."

James Nichols, Vimto brand licensing manager, added: "Rose is a company we are very pleased to have as a licensee. They have invested in the time needed to show a good understanding of what our brand characteristics are, and I am pleased that the investment they have made is returning for them on all levels."
