Rubie's is looking to ensure that its successful period of growth continues, hiring a new product manager to its team.
Beatrice Butler joins the firm following a five year spell at online fancy dress specialist Abscissa. She has experience in product line selection, forecasting, product development and Far East manufacturing.
At Rubie's, Butler's role will include full management of licensed and generic product development, working with the European design team and driving consumer and trade led marketing to maximise the firm's portfolio.
"We have just reported our 13th year of consecutive growth, which in the current economic climate is quite an achievement," commented David Wootliff, head of marketing at Rubie's. "Bringing Beatrice onboard is one of many steps we are taking to ensure our growth continues.
