Rkki Group has expanded its successful relationship with Nickelodeon & Viacom Consumer Products, signing up as master licensee for Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles in Russia, CIS and Baltic countries.

The firms were already working together on properties including Spongebob Squarepants and Dora the Explorer.

The Russian premiere of the new Turtles CG animation is scheduled for November 2012 on Nickelodeon in Russia, with new episodes to be aired until 2015.

"Rolling out Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles around the world and building our consumer products business are top priorities for Viacom International Media Networks, and our relationship with Riki Group is core to this success in Russia," said Dan Frugtniet, director of NVCP Russia.

"Riki's unparalleled knowledge and depth of understanding of the Russian, CIS and Baltic markets gives us the edge in this complex environment, where we intend to develop a cross selling strategy backed by innovative products and creative franchise building campaigns."
