Bloomberg has reported over the weekend that the owner of Saban Brands, plus former Walt Disney CEO Michael Eisner are considering bids for Hit Entertainment.
According to the story, Eisner is working with buyout firm Madison Dearborn Partners, while Saban is already in discussions about the assets.

Saban Brands emerged in May 2010, headed up by former Fox L&M man, Elie Dekel. The firm has a $500 million warchest for acquisitions - and has already purchased back the Power Rangers brand, plus Paul Frank Industries.
