A collection of high-end Sesame Street boys' apparel launched exclusively at London's Selfridges & Co department store yesterday.

The range includes t-shirts and hooded tops from Fabric Flavours, specialists in high-end kids fashion. Favourite characters Elmo, Bert and Ernie, Cookie Monster and The Count are featured on a number of embroidered and embellished designs, which come in four sizes - 12/18 months, 2/3, 4/5 and 6/7 years.

The deal was brokered by Copyright Promotions Licensing Group.

All proceeds from the Sesame Street products will go back into Sesame Street and its projects to help children around the world.

Tim Juckes, category director at CPLG, said: "This beautifully designed and innovative collection reflects the humour and vibrancy of the Sesame Street brand. Similarly, the fine fabrics used confirm Sesame Street's integrity to make a meaningful difference for children."

Ezekiel Sweiry, MD at Fabric Flavours, added: "We are delighted to launch the latest Sesame Street kids fashion collection. Designed for boys, girls will also love these t-shirts and hoodies, thanks to the fantastic designs and fabrics."
