Seltzer Licensing brings Care Bears to food, beverages, health and beauty

The new partnership between American Greetings and Seltzer will see the brand expand into multiple categories.

Seltzer Licensing has announced a new partnership with American Greetings to bring Care Bears to multiple categories including food, beverages, health and beauty.

The new programme will build upon recent successes for the brand's anniversary in 2017, including a collaboration with Sprinkles Cupcakes, which saw the boutique bakery top their cupcakes with a Care Bear-decorated fondant.

“Millennial moms who grew up with the Care Bears love and trust the brand, kids are all about the collectability of the toys and young adult hipsters can’t get enough of our Care Bears lifestyle products,” said Janice Ross, business development and head of global licensing.

“And with the expertise of Seltzer Licensing Group, we look forward to continuing the momentum in the food and beverage arena.”
