The Simpsons writer and co-executive producer Joel Cohen will be the keynote speaker at the 2013 Kidscreen Summit.
Cohen will hist a presentation on the morning of Tuesday, February 5th, called 'The Tao of Homer: Lessons in Creativity from The Simpsons'.
"With this year’s keynote, we wanted to bring in a highly successful creative talent to inspire and entertain our delegates," said Jocelyn Christie, VP and Publisher of Kidscreen.
"Nobody fits that bill better than Joel, and we’re looking forward to laughing along as he explores the creative process in kids' entertainment through the filter of one of the greatest animated characters of all time."
Last year Kidscreen Summit welcomed almost 1,600 attendees representing over 900 companies from 46 countries.
More than 350 kids' TV buyers and investors were at the New York show, looking for new content and partners.
Kidscreen Summit 2013 runs from February 5th to February 8th. To sign up or get more information, you can visit the Kidscreen Summit website.
