A series of new agreements for classic video games brand Space Invaders have been secured by CPLG.

The deals will see Pyramid producing posters and accessories including badges, stickers and wristbands, while Blue Sky is on board for messenger bags and stationery.

In addition, 50Fifty has signed up to produce a wide range of gifting items for the UK and Japanese markets. Items will include keyrings, novelty slippers, glassware, piggy banks, magnets, earphones and stress balls.

"We are very pleased to be announcing the addition of three new partners to the Space Invaders licensing programme," said Stephen Mills, category manager for gifts and paper products at CPLG. "Space Invaders is a huge property and we will continue to build on the brand's popularity during 2013 to create a wide ranging programme, with a particular focus on fashion and gifting."
