Family entertainment group Studio 100 has secured several new licensees in Spain for its Bumba property.

The pre-school puppetry and CGI series is broadcast on Canal Super 3 in Spain and has proved popular since launch.

Barcelona-based Medialive has secured the publishing rights for a new Bumba colouring book and sticker book, which will launch this spring. This will be followed by the first cardboard reading book for the Spanish territory in the summer.

In addition, Studio 100 has granted a licence to ice cream maker MIO. The planned vanilla and strawberry flavoured 'ice cream on a stick' will also form a musical flute.

Finally, SAICA has acquired the rights for swim and beach inflatables, sand and outdoor toys, arts and crafts and back to school products.
