FremantleMedia Kids and Family Entertainment has secured a new deal with DJ Murphy to develop a monthly magazine based on its popular property Strange Hill High.

Hitting shelves this summer, the 40 page magazine will feature cartoons, pranks, character diaries, quizzes, posters, fact files, embarrassing tales and creative activities.

The magazine – also available to read in digital form via an app – will launch with a bumper issue for the school holidays.

Pindy O’Brien, VP brand licensing and retail UK FremantleMedia Kids and Family Entertainment, said: “We are very excited about the new magazine which will be a great brand extension to the show.

“DJ Murphy is the perfect partner to translate Strange Hill High’s distinctive look and laugh out loud storylines in to a must have publication.”
