Studio 100 has appointed Marie-Laure Marchand as its new international licensing director.
Marchand - who was most recently MD of Big Bocca TV and Licensing, while also spending time at Nelvana Europe as VP of licensing and marketing - will be in charge of the development and implementation of international consumer products strategies. She will coordinate with the existing Benelux and German teams.
Co-founder Hans Bourlon said: "Our goal is to widen our presence and replicate our business model internationally. Marie-Laure has an extensive track record in the licensing and media business and Studio 100 Group is proud to have hired such an experienced and highly respected professional.
"Her primary focus will be to manage our international licensing development and successfully launch the Maya brand across the world."
Marchand added: "I am delighted to join such an ambitious group as Studio 100 and hope to actively contribute to their international expansion."
