Studio 100 enjoys success at Munich's LIMA Awards

Studio 100 Media is celebrating a successful night at last week's LIMA Awards in Munich, scooping two major accolades.

The German LIMA Awards saw Studio 100 Media awarded with Licensing Agency of the Year and Licensing Brand of the Year for the popular property, Maya the Bee.

Hans Bourlon, CEO and co-founder of Studio 100, said: "This is a fantastic win for Studio 100 and a real testament to the work and dedication of the Studio 100 Media team and the ongoing global success of Maya the Bee."

Meanwhile, Studio 100's publishing partner Egmont Ehapa scooped up the award for Licensee of the Year.

Bourlon added: "We are really delighted with this success. We would like to congratulate our Partner Egmont Ehapa who picked up an award for Licensee of the Year."

A further five categories were awarded on the evening, including:

• License Product of the Year: Schmidt Spiele
• Brand/VIP/Sport Brand of the year: FC Bayern München
• Trade Partner of the Year: Müller
• Licensee of the Year: Egmont Ehapa
• Promotion of the Year: Mc Donald´s reading hits, Books in Happy Meal
