The dates have been revealed for next year's Surtex art and design exhibition, with the show returning to the Jacob K Javits Convention Center in New York from May 20th to 22nd.
Some 350 exhibitors and over 6,000 other industry professionals are expected to take part, according to Surtex manager, Penny Sikalis.
"We expect a broader and deeper range of attendees next year - there's virtually no limit on the variety of products that make use of surface designs," Sikalis said. "We expect attendance to be up again in 2012."
Two features have been highlight for next year: the ReSourceHUB will offer essential tools for the designer/design industry, while Designext - the international student design competition - will return.
"We're encouraging students to think ahead, to think future trends and to develop designs that will be used in a variety of outdoor situations," continued Sikalis.
