Target Entertainment has secured a number of new broadcast deals for Novel Entertainment's Horrid Henry animation.

Cartoon Network has picked up the first two series for its Asia Pacific region, which includes Australia and New Zealand, China and India.

In addition, RUV, Iceland's public broadcaster, continues to support Horrid Henry, picking up series three, while YLE Finland has acquired series two.

"We are delighted to see Henry breaking new ground internationally as we know that the universal stories and themes of the show appeal to kids the world over," said Target's director of sales, Hannah Worrall.
