The Licensing Awards 2014 is now open for entries.

Entry and nomination forms for all the awards categories are now available at www.thelicensingawards.co.uk.

“The Licensing Awards are now in their ninth year and like many things in life have been reassessed to ensure they properly reflect this dynamic sector – the introduction of a dedicated award for the Best Gaming or New Media Licensed Property is all part of this,” said Ian Hyder, director of The Licensing Awards and The Licensing Source Book.

“The quality of the entries improves every year and thanks to the boundless enthusiasm from those in the trade, we can once again look forward to a great event that really does reflect all that’s great about our industry."

Categories include Product Awards for ranges of licensed products, Retailer Awards for retailers of licensed merchandise, Property Awards for licensed properties, Marketing Communication Award for a specific promotion and Special Awards for product innovation and honorary achievement.

The closing date for entering the licensed product awards categories is Thursday, May 22nd 2014 and entries will be judged by a panel of leading retail buyers from leading names on the High Street.

The Licensed Property Awards can only be entered online.

The deadline date for the Property Awards is Monday, June 30th 2014 and these entries will be judged by retailers and licensees.
