Turner Media Innovations has secured games company D3 Publisher as the on-air sponsor of Ben 10: Alien Force on Cartoon Network.
The sponsorship will help to promote D3's new game Ben 10: Alien Force The Video Game.
The campaign is set to kick off when the series begins on February 16th and will run until May 31st. It will consist of ten-second sponsorship credits airing around every episode of the show screened during this period.
"We're delighted to have secured this long-term TV sponsorship for the highest rating show on Cartoon Network," said Adam Eagle, director of sponsorship and promotions at TMI. "D3P initially trialled shorter bursts of TV activity on Cartoon Network to promote Ben 10: Protector of Earth The Video Game last year.
"A TV spot and online advertising mechanic which drove direct to retail purchase saw a 25 per cent sales uplift in the course of one week during last October half term. We're proud to be gaining ever more sponsorship ground on the back of excellent campaign effectiveness."
Adam Roberts, European MD of D3P, added: "We're excited to be the launch sponsor of Ben 10 Alien Force and are sure this sponsorship deal with Cartoon Network will help maximise opportunities for the new Ben 10 video game."
