Tomy has signed a deal with The Pokémon Company International which sees it become the global master toy licensee outside of Asia.
The toy company will be the exclusive licensee and distributor for Pokémon figures, accessories, plush and more, from 2013.
Tomy Company Ltd has been a toy licensing partner of Pokémon in Asia, beginning with the Japanese market in 1997.
Tomy will produce toys based on the upcoming video game Pokémon Black 2 and Pokémon White 2.
