Announced by Hit Entertainment at the Hong Kong Toys and Games Fair, the Australian firm will oversee the transition from the Thomas & Friends Motor Road and Rail track system to the new one, which is due to launch in 2009.
The firm will continue to distribute the Tomy Thomas & Friends pre-school range.
