Classic Media has secured a raft of new UK licensees for its pre-school show Tinga Tinga Tales.
The firms join existing pan-regional partners Bandai and Penguin Group.
Following the recently announced apparel deals with TDP & Aykroyds and Blues Clothing, Classic has signed a number of deals across all categories. These include William Lamb (footwear), Roy Lowe & Sons (socks and hosiery), VMC Accessories (dress-up and accessories), Trademark Collections (bags, umbrellas, wallets), Zap (bedding and towels), Hall & Associates (health and beauty), MV Sports (bikes, trikes, scooters), Paul Lamond (board games and puzzles), Titan (standalone magazine) and BBC Worldwide (inclusion in Cbeebies Weekly and Cbeebies Animals).
"We're thrilled to announce a fantastic line-up of quality partners for Tinga Tinga Tales and are in the privileged position of being able to implement a strategic L&M programme that will do this brand the justice it deserves," said Claire Shaw, VP of consumer products at Classic Media.
"We're very excited by the retail response to date and will continue to work together with our licensees to create synergy across the range and develop truly colourful, original and appealing products that reflect the vibrancy of this fantastic show."
