US: Brainy signing for Cold Fusion

Firm to help kids' DVD and video products company to expand into mass market stores.

New York-based licensing company Cold Fusion Entertainment is to work with Brainy Baby on boosting its position in the market.

The firm will help to secure partnerships for Brainy Baby - which manufactures children's DVD and video products - as well as expand its retail distribution beyond specialty stores and into the mass market in the States.

Cold Fusion will also contribute marketing and advertising support to Brainy Baby's team.

"Brainy Baby is known for the extremely high quality of its product line and the extensive consumer trust it has established," said David Elmekies, president and CEO of Cold Fusion. "We are excited to leverage our extensive experience and encompassing approach to introduce the Brainy Baby brand to a broader retail market and complementary licensing categories."
