Bulldog Licensing’s US division has secured three new deals for it’s popular lasagna-loving cartoon feline Garfield.
The trio of new deals will see clothing firm The Classic produce a range of women’s apparel including tops, bottoms, hats, outer wear, scarves, socks and bags.
Meanwhile, Open Roads has signed with the iconic brand to develop a series of wall art, containers, trays, book boxes, tin and wood boxes, novelty magnets, door mats and decal.
Completing the line-up of new deals, Fright Rags is gearing up to release a line of t-shirts in 2015, coinciding with the 30th anniversary of the Garfield’s Halloween Adventure TV special.
“It’s great to be announcing three fantastic new deals for Garfield,” said Bulldog Licensing’s Laurie Windrow.
“Since we have been representing the brand we have attracted huge amounts of interest from the US licensing sector and I am sure there will be more deals very soon.”
