Footwear phenomenon Crocs has secured a deal with the NBA, which will see the shoemaker licence logos for all 30 NBA teams and related properties.

The NBA-branded Crocs will be available in time for the start of the 2008-2009 season online and at retail outlets, according to Just Style.

Crocs also has licence agreements with National Hockey League, National Football League and Major League Baseball teams, as well as over 75 major colleges and universities.

"Basketball fans are some of the most dedicated in all of the professional sports, and we're thrilled to provide NBA fans with a new way to support their favourite teams and show their spirit from head to toe," said Ron Snyder, chief executive of Crocs.

"Many Crocs customers are actively involved in sports and outdoor activities, which will make these new products a hit for athletes and fans alike."
