US: DC celebrates 75th anniversary of Batman at WonderCon 2014

A 75th anniversary panel will include Jim Lee, Kevin Smith, Kevin Conroy, Bruce Timm, Ralph Garman And Peter Girardi.

DC Entertainment will celebrate the 75th anniversary of Batman this year, with a host of new reveals at WonderCon 2014.

Among the events, fans will be treated to a special 75th anniversary panel, comprised of celebrities and writers of the forthcoming Batman ’66 Meets the Green Hornet.

Kevin Smith (Clerks, Mallrats) and Ralph Garman (Family Guy) will join the voice of Batman, Kevin Conroy and Batman animator, Bruce Timm on the panel on Saturday, April 19th.

In addition, WonderCon 2014 - held at the Anaheim Convention Centre - will see DC join Warner Bros for the world premiere of the new DC Universe Animated Original Movie title, Son of Batman.

On Friday, April 18th, the event will also see a special screening of a new episode of Teen Titans Go!, with a panel featuring the show’s producers and members of the voice cast.

A Son of Batman select voice cast and Teen Titans Go! Voice cast will then be available for signings, as fans will also have the chance to pick up three exclusive Batman comic books, reports Action Figure Insider.
