Kansas-based Bushnell Outdoor Products has licensed Bell Ranger Outdoor Apparel to develop a new line for men, women and children.
The deal - handled by licensing agency Moda International Marketing - will see apparel introduced at the SHOT show held next January. It will be distributed in sporting goods and department stores among other places.
Bushnell is a key player in the sports optics and outdoor accessories market, and has been established for some 50 years.
"The Bushnell brand gives Bell Ranger an established outdoor lifestyle brand that consumers will embrace," explained Sharon Summer, senior VP at Moda. "Bushnell is a highly recognised and established brand that promises consumers quality, performance and value."
Joe Levy, president of Bell Ranger, added: "We strongly believe that the Bushnell 'package' we deliver to retailers will drive traffic and sales because of the product performance and fashion that will work for the whole family."
